Privacy Policy

This page explains what information we collect when you visit our site or reach out to us, and what we do with it. We’ve tried to write it the way we’d explain it in person — no fine print tricks, nothing hidden.
01 What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. That’s mainly:
Your name, company, and email address, if you fill out our contact form
Anything you write to us in a message or email
Basic, anonymous data about how people use our site (like which pages get visited), through standard analytics tools
We don’t collect anything else, and we don’t ask for more than we need.
02 How we use it
We use your information to reply to your message, understand what you’re looking for, and follow up if it makes sense.
We use site analytics to see what’s working on our site and what isn’t, so we can make it better.
We do not sell your information to anyone.
We do not use it for advertising.
We do not add you to a mailing list without asking first.
03 Cookies
Our site uses a small number of cookies for basic analytics, so we can see general trends in visits. These don’t identify you personally.
You can turn off cookies in your browser settings at any time without it affecting your ability to browse the site.
04 Who we share it with
We share information only with the tools we use to run our business — for example, our email provider or analytics tool.
These providers only see what’s needed to do their job, and they don’t have permission to use your data for anything else.
If we’re ever legally required to share information (for example, by a court order), we will.
05 How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it to respond to you or maintain our business records.
If you’d like us to delete what we have on file, just ask — see the contact section below.
06 Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
Show you what information we have about you
Correct anything that’s wrong
Delete your information from our records
Email us and we’ll take care of it within a reasonable time.
07 Keeping your data safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from being lost, misused, or accessed without permission.
No system is 100% secure, but we treat your data the way we’d want ours treated.
08 Changes to this policy
If we ever change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and change the date at the top.
We won’t make major changes without making them easy to notice.
09 Questions?
If anything here isn’t clear, or you want to ask us something directly, email us at hello@pannuandco.com.
We’re happy to explain anything in plain terms.
This is a plain-language starting point, written to be clear rather than legally exhaustive. Because Pannu & Co is a U.S. LLC offering investing and financial-adjacent services, we’d recommend having a lawyer review and finalize this policy before publishing it, to make sure it meets all applicable state and federal requirements.
